1. We use USPS and UPS for shipping methods.
2. Order processing is between 1-2 business day. We do not open on weekends.
If you placed the order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.
3. We DO NOT add handling fees.
4. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

Products must be returned UNOPENED within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund, MINUS the return shipping costs.
2. Customers can choose the shipping carrier of their choice to return UNOPENED products.
